Eligibility to join the waitlist

Anyone aged thirteen (13) or older may create a deFITnitive account and join the waitlist, provided they can validly do so under the law applicable in their country of residence. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, a parent, guardian or legal representative must authorize your participation.

deFITnitive's content and mechanics are designed with a primary audience of ages 16–30 in mind, but that is a design target, not an access restriction: the binding minimum age to use the waitlist and the app is thirteen (13), subject to the guardian-consent rule above.

Eligibility to win a prize

The same age rules apply to winning and accepting a prize in the “deFITnitive Founders Challenge” promotion (the “Promotion”). If a participant below the legal age of majority in their territory wins a prize, their parent, guardian or legal representative must accept and manage the prize on their behalf, and the Organizer may request proof of that authorization before delivering it. Full detail on prize acceptance for minors is in the Official Rules, section 5.

Eligible territories

The waitlist and the Promotion are open worldwide, except in countries or territories where offering them, communicating about them, participating in them, or delivering prizes is prohibited, restricted, or would require an authorization the Organizer has not obtained — including territories subject to international sanctions or where identity, residence or age cannot reasonably be verified. Where the first prize is concerned, the winner is also responsible for holding a platform account able to receive it and for meeting the age rating and terms of use that the game's publisher and platform apply; see the Official Rules, sections 3 and 16.

One entry, one account

Only one account and one entry per person is allowed. Creating or controlling more than one account — through different emails, devices or identities — is not permitted and may result in disqualification and forfeiture of points, tickets or prizes. See Official Rules, section 7.

Employees and affiliates

Employees, officers and contractors of SOMNI GAME STUDIOS, S.L., and the immediate family members or persons sharing a household with any of them, may use the waitlist and the app like anyone else, but are not eligible to win a prize in the Promotion. This exclusion exists to avoid conflicts of interest and does not affect any other participation right.

Verification

Before delivering any prize, the Organizer may request proof of identity, age, residence and, where applicable, guardian authorization. Failure to provide it within the deadlines set in the Official Rules results in forfeiting the prize, which then passes to the next eligible participant.
